It was just me, my quilt, masking tape, camera, and the wind.



The theme was 70s-urban.



We laughed, we danced.



Our skirts might have gotten blown up a couple times.



I really think we're going to be BFFL.

Tonight I am catching up on my sleep & my sanity.

So, instead of a new item, I've made domestic shipping in the shop free! I've also opened up shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $3. This offer will be good through at least the end of the month.

p.s. I just took two quilts out of the drier (yay for finally remembering to get quarters!) and nearly cried I loved them so much. Can't wait to photograph them tomorrow and share with you!

In case you thought I was exaggerating when I said I had 50+ items to list. This is such a gorgeously intimidating pile!



Anyone else addicted to buying plastic storage? Pretty much any time I feel my life or home is too hectic, I go buy more, fill them up one way or another, and feel zen for a couple days. I recently got most of my business/product stuff organized! Here you see my shipping supplies, prototypes & works in progress, items for the upcoming craft show, vintage listed on etsy, and handmade listed on etsy! Ohmmm.



This is the last of the items I had photographed this past weekend, so it better be sunny tomorrow! I think it's supposed to be.

I'm hoping to have a garage sale at my mom's house in Arkansas, so I've been going through my boxes and secret tubs--okay, they're kind of big and obvious and probably not so secret--of clothing and whatnot.

This means I've also been forced to sort through my ginormous vintage stash and decide what goes into the closet, what goes in to the "permanent collection", and what goes on etsy.

I found pretty close to fifty items I need to list.

Okay, so we might have gone to happy hour downstairs after work. And I might have had one buy one get one free well drink (that doesn't count as two, does it?). And I might have then napped until 11 pm.

But, I got it posted! That's all that matters. :)

Sorry it's sorely lacking anything but updates around here. I'm working on a couple different projects that I can't actually post about, so it's a bit difficult! But stick with me and there will be goodness soon.

Now time to make a midnight Wal-Mart run for shipping boxes, cereal, and milk. Argh.

Okay, fail on my part for the plan to make a big update. But I have a crazy headache going on, and at the very least I met (and exceeded!) my quota. I also have three more items photographed and ready to go.

Oh, and! I have new shipping supplies on the way, so I should be able to lower my shipping prices very soon. So excited, I hate charging an arm and a leg for postage!
